Is this made for teams? Can individuals do the program?
This program was designed for teams, but you can also purchase this program for yourself!

What if I don't have access to a gym?
Contact us below and we can create the program for you with just the resistance bands. (This will be coming to the website soon!)

How do I share it with my team?
Two options here:
1. You can download the PDF and email (Band App, Text, Print) them to your team.
2. When purchasing the program create a log in to share with your team. Then they can all log into the app with the same log in

What if I don't have all the equipment needed for the workouts?
In each video, I explain different variations of equipment you can use. I also make some suggestions about the flow of the superset/circuit for the team.
